David C. Miller MS, PCC is founder and CEO of Leadership Growth Strategies.  He is an internationally-recognized human development expert specializing in sales, leadership and change management. With over 20 years of business experience, working in corporate, consulting and entrepreneurial environments, Dave helps consultants, coaches, business owners and sales professionals attract more prospects, convert more clients, obtain larger engagements and generate higher revenues.


He utilizes the same approach to help executives and leaders have more influence and make a greater impact on their organization. Dave uses his business expertise to help his clients (from individuals to Fortune 500 companies) achieve transformational solutions through his training, coaching and consulting. In the past seven years, Dave has conducted over 7,500 hours of customized coaching, training and speaking.  In the same time, he has personally coached over 500 business professionals and corporate executives.

Dave is also a Licensed ChangeWorks Certifier and Trainer (ChangeWorks is a client-driven, activity-specific coaching and management tool).


Dave received his Masters in Christian Counseling in August, 2004 from Philadelphia Biblical University PBU). He serves as adjunct faculty at PBU, working with graduate students in "hands-on" counseling lab groups. Dave has actively facilitated business-oriented and church-oriented leadership groups for almost 20 years.


Prior to coaching and training full-time Dave worked for 16 years in the insurance industry.  His first nine years were at Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, headng up the annuity product development area.  Dave workedthe next seven years as a consulting actuary with Aon Consulting advising insurance companies in areas of life insurance product development, product implementation and product tax compliance. He also consulted to Fortune 100 companies about how to effectively utilize life insurance to fund employee benefits. During this time he developed and led a multi-million dollar practice to life insurers. In the course of providing consulting services, Dave led several project teams, working with diverse personalities and navigating a multitude of varied client company cultures.


At Aon, Dave also trained hundreds of consultants in the skills and strategies of new business development and managing client relationships.


Dave also served as a key leader in ASA, Inc., an actuarial consulting firm that was eventually sold to Aon. Dave helped grow the company from 300 employees to 600 employees in 7 years. He also played a critical role in increasing the value of the company from 7 cents per share to $14 per share (an increase of 200x).
